    2024 Highlights

    Share link

Imagine an early summer house concert festival with camping in a beautiful setting on a Virginia mountainside, featuring a wonderful diversity of folk and roots music performers up close and personal. Each Mountville brings to you a diverse mix of "the people's music"; singer/songwriters, traditional Appalachian and Celtic, African-American blues and much more - and you're invited to join in after the Main Stage in our Campfire Jams and songwriter circles.

If you'd like a taste of Mountville, flip through our photo album, and please make sure you're subscribed to our email list so you don't miss your invitation to join us!

To get an invite for 2026, simply be sure you're on our email invitation list (sign up on our Contact page)

To RSVP and get directions/info etc, the link is in our newsletter that goes to all of our email subscribers.

Would you like to lend a hand and help make the load lighter at Mountville? We're always grateful for help, and there are a lot of things that you can do to help make Mountville run smoothly - plus meet some wonderful people while you do!

Preorder your 2026 Mountville shirt(s) by May 25th to have your size(s) and color(s) waiting for you when you arrive!

Mountville 2025 was our first in decades without our beloved “Food Czar” Chris Nicholson - please read our tribute to this wonderfully kind and generous human who took special care of our performers & volunteers.
